SLS 3D Printing

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D Printing

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a 3D printing technology that builds objects layer by layer using a high-power laser to selectively fuse powdered materials, such as plastics or metals. In the SLS process, a thin layer of powdered material is spread onto a build platform, and a laser selectively sinters (heats) the powder according to the shape of the object being printed. Once a layer is complete, the build platform is lowered, and a new layer of powder is spread on top. This process is repeated until the entire object is formed.

SLS is known for its ability to produce strong, durable parts with complex geometries, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical.
